Happy Fathers Day With Steve Powers

If your not familiar, Steven Powers is also known as ESPO. Espo is a grafitti writer from the Philadelphia Overbrook area who became famous for his works in the Philadelphia/New York area.

but to most sneaker enthusiast like myself, he is more known for collaborating with Nike and making the “Espo Air Force II” as part of the artist series (Pharrel/N.E.R.D. dunk and Halles Berrys Air Rift rounded out the other 2 shoes)

each pair of the artist series were limited to 1050 pairs. this pair is special in the packaging more so to me. they came with hang tags and socks. definatly something that makes them THAT much more special.

not to mention these were prolly the first Nike shoes with a clear upper

not to forget the 3m reflective accents. makes these truly definable.

Now maybe yall out there rememeber the Clear air force one craze and what not. 2 air forces ones dropped that had clear uppers, a Blue pair for the men, and a Purple pair for the women

Smh, i miss the good ol days. Too bad fake versions of these shoes have ruined the idea… such as…
